Drawing what we hear; divided into RHYTHM, MELODY and SPECIAL SOUNDS.
After initial tuning in, individual draws one of the 3 mentioned categories – at random they get a category switch, along side with a drawing hint (key) from another player.

Intro to Intuitive Frequencies with stick figures and definitions of basic elements. Drawing internal structures and changing with a partner, getting their associations (keys) and engaging in intuitive communication.

First group sound game; final drawing was done on a connected canvas between pairs. Introducing bilateral drawing while assigning rhythm to one hand and melody to the other hand.
Heart Alchemy (Polarity)

Focusing first on the wounded part of the heart we draw on black canvas, afterwards focusing on the bright part of the heart we draw on white canvas – getting associations (keys) from others on both works.

Tuning in by drawing frequencies of specific body parts – observing movement, speed and position on the paper, getting messages (keys) from the drawings.

Starting with a color chosen with closed eyes – each player throws the dice – second canvas is being ripped into so many pieces as the number we received on the dice.

The game starts by tuning in to the first chosen color, making a personification of emotion and frequency drawing diagram – rotating around the table to give others hints (keys) on the drawings.

Dance, Tai Chi and Tuning In

In the scope of a sequence of workshops, intuitive frequencies came at the end with a grand finale – certain details expressed here were on some of our minds during the first workshops already – tuning into body parts and finishing with a collaborative frequency drawing.
Reflective Blobs and Personification

Warming up with reflective blobs and playing with colors, choosing our designated cat for the rest of the play, drawing her as an emotion.
Exploration

Translating between sound, movement and perception – using one of the props in front of us we focus on the present moment and act out a scene, the participants are writing down their perceptions of the scene.

Interactive Frequency Drawing
Artistico; 15.12.
Starting of alone while tuning into the drawings and translation of inner signals, we divided the participants into two groups for a collective drawing where after a while groups changed places to continue on the other groups drawing.
Personification of Emotions
DoReMiZa; 13.12.
Diving into layered emotions, combining them info one personality after drawing our perception of individual chosen ones. Reading out the intuitive communication with our own works.
Resonance Exploration

Exploring the mind maps of the system and noticing different layers of observation present in the workshops themselves. Color resonance performed, final form of interaction through a comic form with stick figures for colors.
Abstract Storytelling

Drawing a set of 3 abstract shapes in one row, letting the other write out a story they see developed in the frames. Iterations of 4 such intuitive communication dialogues has been performed (using the tibetan bowl as time constraint)
Silent Reflective Blobs

First intuitive frequencies workshop fully hold in silence, without using words. Instructions and storytelling performed trough gesticulations and feeling.
Intuitive Communication – Analysis

After the frequency walk around the room, we focused on the present moment letting the presence guide the flow. A new technique has been developed by putting the pen on the paper, but not moving for a long time in this position. Insights and awareness are achieved very quickly.
Color Resonance and Reflective Blobs

Tuning in to find our response to individual colors, how we perceive them and what they have to tell us – noticing textures, smells and structure from the drawings. Relaxing with Reflective Blobs and them telling our Stories.

Start of the Journey

First intuitive frequencies workshop – after the frequency walk we pair up and first make eye contact. Hand movements were exchanged in order to tune in first through somatics. Drawings in pairs were then exchanged in order to engage in intuitive communication.
